Went to Toronto over Christmas where it was above zero and raining most of the time. Landed back in Vancouver and there was snow on the ground, with more falling over the next day or two as well. On new year's eve, we went out to Burnaby. While stopped for gas, we heard strange noises coming from the street and looked up to see a SUV driving down Kingsway (which was bare) with chains.
