We had dinner at Kam's place with Piotr, Kate, Dima, and Alex. Kam was very entertaining, but he probably thought he had offended the women at the table with his jokes about the dried bananas being "very big" so at the end of the meal, he presented them with gift mugs.

The day before he set off on his illicit motorcycle ride back to Québec, we went and hung out at a pub on Granville Island. And despite being just a few days away from Québec, he felt like poutine afterwards, so we ended the evening at La Zizane.

Cyn and I went to see a movie, and when we came out there was a guy very joyfully squeaking the turtle. The most obvious thing, of course, was to take a picture with him.
